SmartKit is Solar's probably our smartest logistics service. It is designed to make everyday life easier for you, by giving you the materials you need – no more, no less – for a specific task in one and the same box.
- For example, in a new build, you can create a SmartKit for each bathroom, and if you set up charging boxes, you can have a ready-made kit for each box. A third example is that you can assemble a kit with tools that you can order every time you get a new colleague, says Frida Elmblad, Sales Manager for Solar Services.
Reduces waste
The benefits of the SmartKit service are many. It reduces material waste by an average of ten percent, but also makes the work more efficient, as you never have to look for the products for a specific task.
- The service was launched some time ago in Denmark, where it has been incredibly popular. So, we are happy that SmartKit is now also available to our Swedish customers. We always strive to save time for our customers, because ultimately it saves money. And that's exactly what you do with SmartKit, says Frida Elmblad.
As a customer, you can easily assemble your SmartKits in Solar's online shop, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can easily convert your favourite lists to SmartKits with a single click. Once you have created a SmartKit, it is saved to your profile, and you can then duplicate your kit if you want to order more of the same.
Clear labelling
Each SmartKit is marked with a special label. It is yellow and clearly states exactly where the box is to be delivered and what it contains. The marking makes it significantly easier to ensure that the right goods end up with the right person at a workplace and that they have everything they need for the job.
- I think many people can identify with ordering material a little too early, and as soon as you start opening a box, things disappear. Suddenly you are standing there and lack materials for your installation. With SmarKit, it is easy to plan so that you get the right material exactly when you need it, concludes Frida Elmblad.
